Section 475 of title 37, United States Code, is transferred to chapter 7 of such title, inserted after section 403b, and redesignated as section 405. Section 405 of title 37, United States Code, as added by paragraph (1), is amended by striking subsection (f). The heading of section 405 of title 37, United States Code, as so added, is amended to read as follows: . Section 495 of title 37, United States Code, is transferred to chapter 7 of such title, inserted after section 433a, and redesignated as section 435.
Section 435 of title 37, United States Code, as added by paragraph (1), is amended by striking subsection (c). The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 7 of such title 37, United States Code, is amended— by inserting after the item relating to section 403b the following new item: 405.
