Section 887 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115 –91; 22 U.S.C. 2761 note) is amended— by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (d); and by inserting after subsection
(b)the following new subsection: The reporting requirements under this section apply only to foreign military sales processes within the Department of Defense. .
