Section 2465(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: A contract for the performance of on-site armed security guard functions to be performed— at the Marine Corps Heritage Center at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, including the National Museum of the Marine Corps; at the Heritage Center for the National Museum of the United States Army at Fort Belvoir, Virginia; at the Heritage Center for the National Museum of the United States Navy at Washington, District of Columbia; or at the Heritage Center for the National Museum of the United States Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. .
