McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ; 132 Stat. 1665), as amended by section 126 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ), is further amended by striking for fiscal year 2019 or fiscal year 2020 and inserting for fiscal years 2019, 2020, or 2021 .
