Subsection

(b)of section 1226 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( 22 U.S.C. 2151 note) is amended to read as follows: Amounts to provide support under the authority of subsection

(a)may be derived only from amounts authorized to be appropriated and available for operation and maintenance, Defense-wide. . Subsection

(h)of such section is amended by striking December 31, 2021 and inserting December 31, 2023 .
