Each covered agricultural producer shall limit the involuntary furloughing or termination of employment or contracts of agricultural workers during the covered period, in accordance with the regulations promulgated by the Secretary of Labor. By not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Labor shall promulgate regulations to carry out subsection
(a)to ensure that willing agricultural workers are able to continue working during the covered period, taking into account the protection of the health, safety, and economic security of agricultural workers.
