For the purpose of carrying out this title, there is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, to remain available until expended, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated— for fiscal year 2021, $7,000,000; and for fiscal year 2022, $7,000,000. None of the funds provided by this section may be used for international travel.
