There are authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2020, in addition to any other sums authorized to be appropriated for this purpose— $25,000,000 for additional expenses relating to the enforcement of section 210401 of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12601 ), criminal enforcement under sections 241 and 242 of title 18, United States Code, and administrative enforcement by the Department of Justice, including compliance with consent decrees or judgments entered into under such section 210401; and $3,300,000 for additional expenses related to conflict resolution by the Department of Justice’s Community Relations Service.
