There is authorized to be appropriated, for fiscal years 2021 through 2025, $3,000,000,000 to advance the Global Health Security Strategy of the United States overseas, including support for— the Emergency Reserve Fund established pursuant to section 7058(c)(1) of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2017 (division J of Public Law 115–31 ) to address emerging global health threats; and United States contributions to the Fund established under title II of this Act.
Section 110 of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 ( 22 U.S.C. 7107 ) shall not apply to assistance made available pursuant to this section. Section 104(f) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2151b(f) ) shall apply to assistance made available pursuant to this section.
