Sec. 101. Establishment

There is established a Government corporation (as defined in section 103, of title 5, United States Code) to be know as DemocracyCorps . DemocracyCorps shall— assist States and local governments in the administration of Federal, State, and local elections; and engage in activities that promote participation in American democracy.
