Section 4(b) of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 ( 22 U.S.C. 614(b) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Informational materials required to be labeled under this subsection that are in the form of prints shall be marked or stamped conspicuously at the top of the first page with a statement, in the language or languages used therein, that sets forth the information required under this subsection. .
