Section 1903(l)(1) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396b(l)(1) ) is amended— by striking January 1, 2020 and inserting the date that is 6 months after the end of the emergency period described in section 1135(g)(1)(B) ; and in subparagraph (A), by inserting (if applicable) after percentage points each place it appears.
