Each Federal department, agency, corporation, office, or other Federal entity that receives funds for, or undertakes any work, project, program, or other activity related to, COVID–19 response shall conduct its operations in accordance with the requirements of section 552b of title 5, United States Code, notwithstanding the membership criteria described in subsection (a)(1) of such section.
