Except as otherwise provided, in this title— the terms have the meanings given the terms in section 3 of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 ( 20 U.S.C. 2302 ); and an allotment, allocation, or other provision of funds made under this title in accordance with a provision of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 ( 20 U.S.C. 2301 et seq.) shall be made in compliance with the applicable requirements of such Act ( 20 U.S.C. 2301 et seq.).
