Sec. 3006. Grants to ports to reduce emissions from waterborne vessels

The Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall establish a grant program under which the Administrator shall award grants for the purpose of reducing emissions at ports that result from waterborne vessels. There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 and 2022.
