Section 1001(a) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 2282c(a) ) shall not apply to the Nassau County Back Bays Costal Storm Risk Management feasibility study, authorized by the first section of the Act of June 15, 1955 (69 Stat. 132, chapter 140).
