The Secretary is authorized to conduct a feasibility study or initiate project modifications for the following projects for water resources development and conservation and other purposes, as identified in the report entitled Report to Congress on Future Water Resources Development submitted to Congress on or after June 3, 2019, pursuant to section 7001 of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 2282d ) or otherwise reviewed by Congress: The project for coastal storm risk management, Newbury and Newburyport, Massachusetts.
The project for flood protection, Jones County, Mississippi. The project for ecosystem restoration, Lower Osage River Basin, Missouri. The project modification for Clarence Cannon Dam and Mark Twain Lake Project Salt River, Missouri. The project modification for Smithville Lake, Plattsburg, Missouri. The project modification for Smithville Lake, Smithville, Missouri. The project for navigation, Lower Missouri River, Missouri. The project for flood risk management, Port Arthur, Texas.
