Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary, in coordination with the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, shall submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report on— the differences between the levee standards of the Corps of Engineers and levee standards of the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and whether those differences create uncertainty for levee management purposes.
