Section 595(i) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 383; 128 Stat. 1613; 130 Stat. 1681) is amended by striking $435,000,000 and inserting $500,000,000 . The Secretary shall appoint a headquarters employee of the Corps of Engineers as a Program Manager, who shall be responsible for managing the environmental infrastructure program under section 595 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 383).
