Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report that describes each water resources project of the Secretary for which— the total budget of the project exceeds the total estimated budget of the project by not less than $100,000,000; or the anticipated completion date of the project exceeds the estimated completion date of the project by not less than 5 years.
