Section 111 of the River and Harbor Act of 1968 ( 33 U.S.C. 426i ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service shall allow a non-Federal interest to use funds from the Service to satisfy all or a portion of the non-Federal share of the costs of a project under this section. .
