Section 1122 of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act ( 33 U.S.C. 2326 note; Public Law 114–322 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1), by striking 20 projects for the beneficial use of dredged material and inserting 40 projects for the beneficial use of dredged material, 10 of which shall be projects using thin layer placement of dredged fine and coarse grain sediment for the maintenance and restoration of wetlands ; and in subsection (g), by striking 20 and inserting 40 .
