The Secretary shall provide priority funding for and expedite the completion of the following projects: The project for ecosystem restoration, Caño Martín Peña, Puerto Rico, as authorized by section 5127 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (121 Stat. 1242). The project for navigation for Portsmouth Harbor and the Piscataqua River, Maine and New Hampshire, authorized by section 101 of the River and Harbor Act of 1962 (76 Stat. 1173). The project for flood risk management, Rio de Flag, Arizona.
The project for flood risk management, East Hartford Levee System, Connecticut. The project for flood risk management, Hartford Levee System, Connecticut. The project for navigation, Guilford Harbor and Sluice Channel, Connecticut. Phase 5 of the Bluestone Dam Project Remediation, West Virginia. The project for water supply and ecosystem restoration, Howard Hanson Dam, Washington, authorized by section 101(b)(15) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 281).
