Section 1043 of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 2201 note; Public Law 113–121 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (4), by striking this Act and inserting the ; America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2020 in paragraph (7), by striking the date that is and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting December 31, 2026. ; and in paragraph (8), by striking 2019 and inserting 2026 ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (3)(A), by striking this Act each place it appears and inserting the ;
America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2020 in paragraph (4), by striking this Act and inserting the ; America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2020 in paragraph (7), by striking the date that is and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting December 31, 2026. ; and in paragraph (8), by striking 2023 and inserting 2026 .
