Section 249B of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2323 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)(C)— by redesignating clauses
(i)and
(ii)as clauses
(ii)and (iii), respectively; and by inserting before clause (ii), as so redesignated, the following: the county or countries in which increased imports, shifts in production, and other bases of eligibilities under section 222 originated; ; and in paragraph (4)(B), by inserting training provider, after age, ; and in subsection (e)(1), by striking subparagraph
(C)and inserting the following: the data collected under this section, in a format searchable by petition number, firm, city, State, Standard Industrial Classification, North American Industry Classification System, basis of certification, country of origin, and timeframe, with an option to receive search results in an electronic spreadsheet format, which shall include— firm; city; State; petitioners; union at facility; Standard Industrial Classification; North American Industry Classification System; description of the article produced or service supplied by the firm identified in the petition; decision date; decision; basis of certification; reason provided in section 3.1 of the petition; country where the basis of eligibility originated; number of workers certified; number of workers who received benefits; median earnings of post-training in State (or from a particular certification); impact date; and expiration date; and .
