Section 246(a) of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2318(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (3)(B)(ii), by striking $50,000 and inserting $55,000 ; and in paragraph (4)(A), by striking the earlier of and all that follows and inserting the date on which the worker obtains reemployment described in paragraph (3)(B). .
