If this Act is enacted after the Families First Coronavirus Response Act is enacted, divisions C, E, and G of that Act are repealed, and all amendments made by those divisions shall be considered to have no force and effect. If this Act is enacted before the Families First Coronavirus Response Act is enacted, effective 1 day after the date of enactment of that Act, divisions C, E, and G of that Act are repealed, and all amendments made by those divisions shall be considered to have no force and effect.
