The rights and remedies provided under this Act are in addition to, not in lieu of, any other rights and remedies provided by Federal law, including under section 4, 4A, 15, or 16 of the Clayton Act ( 15 U.S.C. 15 , 15a, 25, 26) or section 13(b) of the Federal Trade Commission Act ( 15 U.S.C. 53(b) ). Nothing in this Act may be construed to— impair or limit the applicability of any of the antitrust laws; and prohibit any other remedy provided by Federal law.
