It shall be unlawful for an officer of a provider of an interactive computer service to knowingly submit a written certification under section 4(d) that contains a false statement. Any person who violates subsection
(a)shall be fined in accordance with title 18, United States Code, imprisoned for not more than 2 years, or both.
