Section 921(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (25), by striking public, parochial or private each place that term appears; and in paragraph (26)— by striking means a school and inserting the following: means— a public, parochial, or private school ; and by striking the period at the end and inserting the following: ; and an institution of higher education, as defined in section 102 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1002 ). . Section 922(q)(2)(B) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— by striking clause (ii); and by redesignating clauses
