Section 136 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3181 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— by striking and after 2019, ; and by inserting before the period at the end the following: , and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2021, 2022, and 2023 ; and in subsection (c)— by striking and after 2019, ; and by inserting before the period at the end the following: , and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2021, 2022, and 2023 .
