Section 132(h)(4) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1015a(h)(4) ) is amended— in the paragraph heading, by inserting after and information ; Disclaimer in subparagraph (B), by striking and after the semicolon; in subparagraph (C), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: explaining— that a student with a dependent may be eligible to include a dependent care allowance described in section 471(a)(8) in the student's cost of attendance; the effect that a dependent care allowance may have on the amount of financial aid available to the student from the institution; and how to apply for the dependent care allowance. .
