Section 658H(c) of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 9858f(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting or a child care center covered by section 123(b) of the before Preparing and Resourcing Our Student Parents and Early Childhood Teachers Act if such ; and in paragraph (2), by inserting , including a child care center covered by section 123(b) of the before Preparing and Resourcing Our Student Parents and Early Childhood Teachers Act , shall be ineligible .
