The benefits provided under this Act shall be in complete replacement of, complete substitution for, and full satisfaction of any claim of the Fort Belknap Indian Community against the United States that is waived and released by the Fort Belknap Indian Community under section 10(a). The benefits realized by the allottees under this Act shall be in complete replacement of, complete substitution for, and full satisfaction of— all claims waived and released by the United States (acting as trustee for the allottees) under section 10(a)(2); and any claims of the allottees against the United States similar to the claims described in section 10(a)(2) that the allottee asserted or could have asserted.
