Section 306(a)(9) ( 42 U.S.C. 3026(a)(9) ) is amended by striking Act and expended by the agency in fiscal year 2000 and inserting Act and expended by the agency in fiscal year 2019 . Section 307(a)(9) ( 42 U.S.C. 3027(a)(9) ) is amended by striking not less than and all that follows and inserting not less than the total amount expended by the State agency with funds received under this title and title VII for fiscal year 2019. .
