Section 202 ( 42 U.S.C. 3012 ), as amended by section 117, is further amended by adding at the end the following: The Assistant Secretary shall, directly or by grant or contract, operate the National Resource Center for Women and Retirement (in this subsection referred to as the Center ). The Center shall— provide tools, such as basic financial management, retirement planning, and other educational tools, that promote financial literacy and help to identify and prevent fraud and exploitation of older individuals who are women, and integrate these tools with information on health and long-term care of older individuals; annually disseminate to the Assistant Secretary a summary of outreach provided under this subsection, including efforts to provide user-friendly consumer information and public education materials with respect to the tools provided under subparagraph (A); develop targeted outreach strategies to older individuals who are women in providing the tools under subparagraph (A); provide technical assistance to State agencies and to other public and nonprofit private agencies and organizations in providing the tools under subparagraph (A); and develop partnerships and collaborations to address objectives under this subsection. .
