The Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.) is amended— in section 102(14)(B), as amended by section 105(1), by inserting (including screening for malnutrition) before the semicolon at the end; and in section 330(1), by striking and food insecurity and inserting , food insecurity, and malnutrition .
