Section 102(4) ( 42 U.S.C. 3002(4) ) is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting , in collaboration with (as appropriate) area agencies on aging, centers for independent living (as described in part C of title VII of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ( after 29 U.S.C. 796f et seq.)), and other aging or disability entities provides ; in subparagraph (B)— by inserting services, supports, and after plan for long-term ; and by inserting and choices after desires ; and in subparagraph (D), by striking ( and inserting 29 U.S.C. 796f et seq.), and other community-based entities, , and other community-based entities, including other aging or disability entities, .
