Section 135(d) of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2155(d) ) is amended— by striking Committees and inserting

(1)Committees ; and by adding at the end the following: In the case of a committee established under subsection

(c)for labor interests, that committee shall meet as described in paragraph

(1)not less frequently than twice each year. .
