Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 180 days thereafter, the Secretary of Labor shall submit to the Committee on Finance of the Senate and the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives a report on the status of the laws and regulations in Mexico that are intended to implement the labor obligations of Mexico under a free trade agreement between Mexico and the United States and an assessment of the effectiveness of those laws and regulations.
