The Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5101 et seq.) is amended— in section 3, by amending paragraph
(5)to read as follows: the terms Indian , Indian Tribe , and Tribal organization have the meanings given the terms Indian , Indian tribe , and tribal organization , respectively, in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( 25 U.S.C. 450b ); ; by striking tribe each place such term appears (other than section 3(5)) and inserting Tribe ; and by striking tribal each place such term appears (other than section 3(5)) and inserting Tribal .
