Section 203 of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5116b ) is amended— in subsection (a), by adding at the end the following: In any fiscal year for which the amount appropriated under section 209 exceeds the amount appropriated under such section for fiscal year 2019 by more than $2,000,000, the Secretary may increase the reservation described in this subsection to up to 5 percent of the amount appropriated under section 210 for the fiscal year for the purpose described in the preceding sentence. ; and in subsection (b)(1)(A), by striking $175,000 and inserting $200,000 .
