Section 602(b) of the Afghan Allies Protection Act of 2009 ( 8 U.S.C. 1101 note) is amended— in paragraph (2)(A)(ii)— in the matter preceding subclause (I), by inserting for the first time after September 30, 2015 ; and in subclause (I)— in item

(aa)by inserting for the first time after subparagraph

(D); and in item

(bb)by inserting for the first time after subparagraph

(D); and in paragraph (4)(A) by inserting, , including Chief of Mission approval, after so that all steps .
