Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State, in consultation with the Secretary, shall submit a report describing the plans of the Secretary of State to assist in developing the refugee and asylum processing capabilities described in this title to— the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate ; the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate ; the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate ; the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives ; the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives ; and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives .
