In this section, the term covered work means a work involving pornography. Section 408 of title 17, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: With respect to a work involving pornography, in the absence of a validly executed contract assigning ownership of the work, any individual appearing in the work may obtain registration under this section of a copyright claim in the work as a joint work. . The licensing or sale of a covered work may be made only with the consent of all individuals appearing in the work.
With respect to a covered work— infringement of the work shall be subject to the remedies provided under chapter 5 of title 17, United States Code; and an individual appearing in the work may submit a request under section 512(h) of title 17, United States Code, with respect to the identification of an alleged infringer of the work.
