Section 393A of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 280b–1b ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (2), by inserting before the semicolon at the end the following or digital services (as such term is defined in section 40002(a) of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994) ; and in paragraph (7), by striking sexual assault and inserting sexual violence, sexual assault, and sexual harassment ; in subsection (b), by striking Indian tribal and inserting Indian Tribal ; in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $150,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025 ; and in paragraph (3), by adding at the end the following:
Not less than 80 percent of the total amount made available under this subsection in each fiscal year shall be awarded in accordance with this paragraph. ; and by adding at the end the following: Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2019 , the Secretary, acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, shall submit to Congress, the Committee on Appropriations and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives, and the Committee on Appropriations and the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate a report on the activities funded by grants awarded under this section and best practices relating to rape prevention and education. .
