Not later than March 1, 2020, the Secretary of Defense shall— identify and review each activity, program, and project of the Department of Defense completed, being carried out, or planned to be carried out on the ISS as of the date of the review; and provide to the appropriate committees of Congress a briefing that describes the results of the review. In this section, the term appropriate committees of Congress means— the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate; and the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Representatives.
