Section 4202 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7172 ) is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking section 4206 and inserting section 4207(a) ; and in subsection (b)(1), by striking section 4206 and inserting section 4207(a) .
