Section 3(1)(A) of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 ( 12 U.S.C. 5202(1)(A) ) is amended by striking the Committee on the Budget and inserting the Committee on Fiscal Control and the Budget . Section 3002(1)(A) of the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 ( 12 U.S.C. 5701(1)(A) ) is amended by striking the Committee on the Budget and inserting the Committee on Fiscal Control and the Budget . Section 302(d) of the Full Employment and Balanced Growth Act of 1978 ( 15 U.S.C. 3132(d) ) is amended in the first sentence by striking the Committees on the Budget of the Senate and the House of Representatives and inserting the Committee on the Budget of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Fiscal Control and the Budget of the Senate .

Section 9503(d)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (relating to the Highway Trust Fund) is amended by striking the Committees on the Budget of both Houses and inserting the Committee on the Budget of the House of Representatives, the Committee on Fiscal Control and the Budget of the Senate .
