Section 307 of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 ( 2 U.S.C. 638 ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking and inserting House committee action on all appropriation bills to be completed by June 10 ; and Deadline for House committee action on all appropriation bills by inserting (or, if applicable under section 300(b), June 30 of a year) after June 10 of each year . The table of contents in section 1(b) of the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 is amended by striking the item relating to section 307 and inserting the following: Sec. 307. Deadline for House committee action on all appropriation bills. .
